Radiotelevisiun Svizra Rumantscha

The Swiss electorate recognised Romansch as the fourth national language in 1938 and it became a semi-official language at federal level in 1996. Today, Romansch is understood by over 100,000 people in Switzerland and is the mother tongue of 40,000. Not all of them live in Canton Grisons.
