Radiotelevisione svizzera (RSI) targets the Italian-speaking population of Switzerland, which numbers around 650,000 both south and north of the Alps. RSI offers three stations:

  • Rete Uno is primarily dedicated to current affairs and reportage. These key elements are complemented by general entertainment programmes, weather, travel and daytime programming, as well as light music selected for its broad appeal.

  • The main focus at Rete Due is on educational and general interest programmes. The schedule is rounded out by classical music, jazz and music from around the world, as well as news.

  • Rete Tre broadcasts rock and pop music aimed at younger listeners. RSI's third channel is characterised by an interest in the latest trends, its relaxed presentation and its close relationship with its audience.
