The parent company comprises five Enterprise Units: Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen (SRF), Radio Télévision Suisse (RTS), Radiotelevisione svizzera (RSI), Radiotelevisiun Svizra Rumantscha (RTR) and Swissinfo.

Under the terms of the SRG SSR charter and a service agreement with the Swiss Confederation, Swissinfo operates a multilingual website offering an international news and information service about Switzerland.

With the Director General, the Chief Operations Officer and the Chief Financial Officer, the Directors of the Enterprise Units form the Executive Board of SRG SSR.
