Regula Fecker gained her Swiss Federal Diploma in Marketing Communications Planning from the SAWI College of Communications and Marketing in 2003. From 1999 to 2004, she worked in the consulting arm of Jung von Matt/Limmat in Zurich. She then moved to TBWA, where she worked as an Account Planner in New York from 2004 to 2005, and as a Senior Account Planner in Berlin from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, Regula Fecker returned for one year to Jung von Matt/Limmat, after which she joined forces with two partners to found the Rod Kommunikation communications agency in 2007. She was recognised as the Advertising Professional of the Year in 2010.

Directorships and other offices: Piz Linard hotel in Lavin, Canton Grisons. Speaker and lecturer on strategic planning and cross-media at a number of Swiss educational institutions.
