The audit firm Ernst & Young has acted as statutory auditors for the Enterprise (parent company and subsidiaries) since 1 January 2009. Since 2009 it has also audited the financial statements of the major subsidiaries Technology and Production Center Switzerland AG (TPC), Swiss TXT and Publisuisse SA, and has also performed the role of Group auditor. Martin Gröli and Fredi Widmann are the auditors-in-charge.
